Has anyone ever applied for His/her Interim EAD for the second time? My original EAD hasn't come even after over 7 months. And my Interim EAD is about to expire. I called NVC, they say, you can go to local center(NY) and apply for another Interim, but it is upto the local authorities if they give you Interim EAD or not.
