Can i get Interim EAD after 90 days of applying for EAD

HI,
  My Notice date for EAD is 12/21 and i haven\'t got my EAD approval yet. Can i goto the local INS office(sanJose) and get my Interim EAD after 3/21/01 . Please advise.

Yes. You can go to San Jose INS office 90 days after the Receipt Date itself. No need to wait for ND + 90 days
