I need your advice in this case. I filed for 140/485/EAD/AP and the ND is 08/20/2003. RFE for 140 was issued on 10/28/2003 for educational eval/experience. USCIS received RFE on 11/28/2003 and 140 was approved on 12/30/2003. No news on EAD and AP yet...
My 6 year H1 is expiring on March 4th 2004. I am planning to apply for 7th year extension before that so that I won't have any problems even if I don't get my EAD.
Our current H1 Visa is not stamped yet. We are planning to go to India in Feb to attend the marriage of my sister-in-law. Can we go to the local USCIS office for an interim AP?
