I need to travel overseas on business. Thanks to delays at the INS, I have not received my AP documents as yet. According to my immigration lawyers, my chances of getting an AP are very slim if I go in person to the local INS office (San Jose, Ca) and that I'd be better off waiting. I can get a paper ticket etc to take with me to the INS office.
I would appreciate any experiences/info.
