Currently am in my 6th year of H1B, working full time at a company, call it A. Company A is preparing to file for my PERM/ GC at this time. My question is that is it lawful to work for another company at the same time on another H1B for say company B and get 2 pay checks at the same time? (Provided company A & B don't have a problem with it). Basically the question is that can I have 2 H1B, if yes are there any possible repercussions on my GreenCard that company A is filing? Any thing else that I should be concerned about that might hamper my status in the future?
Can I get 2 H1bs?
