Can I File PERM in my 7 th Year

I filed Labor 2 yrs back. It went to Boston regional verifcation.. and stuckup there from october 2004. Now I am in 7th Year Extension. I got an offer with other company, Can I file a Labor as future employee for this comapany under PERM process. Please let me know.

I don't know the risks involved in joing with the new employer before 485 approval through his green card processing.
What can happen if I join new employer before Labor approved from my current employer? :confused:
