Can I file NIW petition while LC based EB2 petition pending?

I have pending I-140 based on labor certification/EB2 for more than a month. I-485 concurently filed and biometrics completed. My questions are:
1. Can I file another NIW petition?
2. Will this NIW petition have an effect on my LC based EB2 application?
