Can I file I140/I485/EAD/AP all at once?

Someone please help me with your experience:

My lawyer told me he is going to file I140/I485/EAD first, and file AP after getting I140 receipt.

I read through lots of posts here, saw the following different requirments about AP application:

1. I485 receipt, or apply along with 485.

2. proof of I140 receipt if you are a concurrent filer.

My question is:
As a concurrent filer, do i have to wait for I140 receipt?
Can I jus file I140, 485, EAD, AP all in the same package? I hope without waiting for I140 receipt, I can get AP approved sooner.

Thanks a lot.

pwgc,

yes, you can definitely file all 4 of them together. I did that earlier this year. My 140 got approved first and then in couple weeks, my AP and EAD got approved together.

I've seen a pattern where they approve EAD and AP together.

Niti.

pwgc,

Sure you can file all four of them together. Did you ask your attorney why he would want to file AP seperately later?

Thanks for all your responses to my question.

My attoney just told me it's his experience to file AP seperately.
By the way, I called 5 different attonies this afternoon, asking about this question. 4 said they always file all together. 1 said it's better to file AP with I140 receipt.

Thanks again.
