Can I file I140 and I485 concurrently?

My PERM application has been submitted.
And now wondering what to do next.
Can I concurrently file I140 and I485?
or I have to file one first?

Dont know how the retrogression will affect I140.

Yes. I140 then I485. You can do it ONLY if you are EB2 EB1 worldwide and your PERM is approved before the retrogression which is expect around 4 months from now.
