can I file I-485 while waiting for I-130 approval?

Hi! Can anyone here give me some infos regarding I-485 application. I just recently sent my I-130 last November, already received the I-797C NOA ,but no approval yet...Can I send the I-485 while my I-130 is pending? I wasnt able to do concurrent filing because my medical exam needs some vaccinations, for which contraindicated for my pregnancy. So I'm gonna give birth soon, my plan is to send the I-485 but I'm not sure if I need to wait for the approval of my I-130 before I can send I-485. I'm a little bored waiting for the approval of my I-130, for how long usually it takes..Thank you so much! I'm married to a USC by the way...

I filed my I-130 and I-485 at the same time. I believe you should go ahead and file your I-485 so that they can have your file on hand as the person being petitioned.

Being married to a US citizen, you can file the I-485: (1) at the same time as the I-130, or (2) while the I-130 is pending, or (3) after the I-130 is approved.

For option (2), send the I-485 application with a copy of the I-130 receipt notice.
For option (3), send the I-485 application with a copy of the I-130 approval notice.
