Can I File I-140/i-485 With Lc

Could someone help me with the above , I read some where earlier on this forum that you can file 1-140/I-485 once the Labor is in because I asked my Attorney and he said I have to wait until the LC gets approved then we can filed both those apps , is that correct ? because I believe if I have those Apps in ahead of time it would get through faster instead ofwaiting for approval for LC which is taking a long time in Dallas, TX .

They are working on Apr 2000 cases and I'm in Oct 2002 so as you can see I may have to wait another what 1-1 1/2 yrs maybe .

Your help is greatly apprecaited , please reply someone .

Firstly please refrain from posting in multiple forums. Doing so eats up space and time. This question belongs to another forum, not this one.

You can file I-140 and I-485 concurrently once your LC is approved.
