Can I file I-140 from Second Company

Presently I am working for Company (A), applied for I-485, I-140 concurrently in Vermont Service Center. My question is
Can I file I-140 from Second Company(B)( No -I -485 ), Is that going to effect my Company (A) I-140.

Some times Company(A) frustrate me. So I am looking stand by I-140.

I am hoping you guys give me good suggestion, Thanks in advance...
 
Secondary 140

I am also in the same boat like you. 140/485 pending for last 7 months. Frustrated with GC processing and the company both.
I have started my 140 thru another company in another state as a backup as I still have 1.5 years on my H1. My attorney told me you can have multiple labor and 140. You can not have multiple EAD and 485 applications. DO not know if that is right but that sounds logical.
