I am planning to take up a job in India for couple of years. Right now my LC is not cleared (PD Apr 2004). The question is if my LC get approved when I move to India, can my company file my I-140 with me and my family in India. Also what about the next stages after that. I have to decide soon as I am on my 8th year extension 9and working as a contractor). Please help!
