I got I-140 approval from Dallas backlock center. I cann't apply I-1485 due to retogression.
Now I have another loabor approval from Philly (PD -Sep'2002'). I am hoping, I will get approval very soon. Question ?
1. Can I use approve I-140 with Philly labor and file I-485 ?
2. Or Can I file I-140 again ? and file I-485.
3. My H1B 7th year extension is going based on approved I-140.
I need you expert comments , How can I file I-485 ?
