Can I file for my Citizenship?

Hello All,
My I-485 got approved in July 2001. But on my Plastic Green Card it says "Resident Since : 08/16/1998".Since it's five years since 08/16/2003 , will I be eligible to apply for my citizenship?
I'm in no hurry to do it , but just wanted to know if I was eligible.

Was your I-485 based refugee status, Lautenberg parolee or another special immirgration program? Otherwise, the three year date discrepancy makes no sense.
