I am OPT my H1 B is approved with start date August 1st.
I want to change my employer. Will I have to file a new H1B or h1 transfer?
Will I have to show pay stab from previous employer?
I was informed that I’ll have to produce last two pay stabs of previous employer
My current employer is a consultant and I haven’t received any pay stab from him since I was not on a project?
Does it make a difference if you file for a new or transfer H1 after start date (Aug 1)?
