Can I file for 485 & EAD - Please advise

My husband's case: EB2 PD August 2006, applied 485, Have EAD
My situation: on H1B

We recently got married. My question is:

Can I apply for 485 as a derivative of my husband?
Can I apply for EAD ?

Can someone please highlight what is the best approach I can take?
I am very new to this process and dont know much about it.

Please advise.
 
Yes, you absolutely can unless you are from India or China. Just file I-485 as a derivative applicant and include all necessary forms as well as proof of marriage (marriage certificate).
