Please help me! It is urgent.
I got laid off three weeks ago and I am working for a new company one week ago. And my 140 got approved few days ago. My former employer provided me the letter for 485. Does anyone know whether I can file 485 with my old company if I have the "intention" to go back working for my former employer after green card approval? Is there any successful story about applying GC with future employer? Assume that my former employer would provide me another letter if there was a RFE in the future.
I really want to know how much chance I have to file 485 successfully and if it is wasting of money.
