Can I enter the US as Advance Parolee after my J-1 expires?

Hi I'm new to this forum. I would be extremely grateful if you could help me with following issue.

I'm under J-1 visa, and it expires on July 31st.
I have already applied for NIW EB-2 green card with I-485, I-131, and I-765 while under lawful status.
I obtained a waiver for the 2-year residency requirement.
I'm going to Canada on July 30th (the day my J-1 expires) for a conference and coming back on August 10th.
Can I enter the US as Advance Parolee after my J-1 expires?
 
You have applied for NIW EB-2 Green Card, is the petition approved? If so you can get Advance Parole to re-enter the U.S. after traveling abroad.
