Can I efile NIW application?

I think I can.
But, for the first partart 1. Information about the person or organization filing this petition.
I am self-petitioner. So I didn't put my employer name.
But I cannot go throught if I didn't put the employer's IRS TAX#.
How to fill the part 1? Do I need put my employer's IRS TAX# there. I think I cannot, since I file this petition by myself.

Don't put any information about employer in part 1! There will be warnings, just ignore it and click 'next' one more time. The efile system is just very confusing, especially part 1.

Thanks, onionw even though it is too late. I already efiled. I have to put IRS TAX # otherwise I can not ceritfy the form. But I left other information about emplyer blank.
