Can I do my FP in Jacksonille before schedule date ?

I recd 2 FP notices for my second FP.
one for Feb 07 and the other for March 4.

Can I go to the Jacksoville INS office and do my FP before that ?

I went to the INS office and got my FP done today even tho I was scheduled for next month.
No questions asked.
