I got H1b approval recently which starts from October 1st 2005 through Company A (Its not a consulting company). Today I got another offer from Company B (This is also not a consulting company). Company B, its an Multinational Company I want to transfer my h1b to Company B. Company B is ready to hire me. But the problem is Company B does not know about H1b or any other visa processing. I told company B that I will pay for my visa and prepare other documents. Company B ask me to contact HR Department. What should I say to HR Department? How should I explain this to HR Department. HR Department told me that they don't sponsor. They might be thinking if they sponsor they will have to pay for my visa and other things and moreover Company B never did H1b before. Term "Sponsor" and Transfer" make any difference? Should I say its a transfer instead of sponsor cause I am going to do all the visa processing.
Company B asked me to come on Monday to discuss this issue. I have to explain to the company properly so that they can understand. I don't want to miss this opportunity this is my big offer.
One more question.
I did not start working for Compnay A. It's starts from October 1st. Can I still do H1b transfer to company B immideately. Is this possible without the pay stubs?
Please someone advice me on this ASAP.
