Can I do FP at any INS centre....

My FP is scheduled for Oakland INS. Can I do it at San Jose?
Is it allowed? Any percieved issues with this...

Try around 2:00-3:00 when they are not very crowded.
For some people it worked, you have pretty good chances.

it ok

You can go other INS ASC for FP than mentioned in the FP notice.
As mentioned by Small Nothing, go late in the afternoon when it is not crowded.
