HEY GURUS, NEED YOUR ADVICE TO MAKE DECISION ASAP.
CAN A PERSON BE A PARTNER IN A LLC AFTER HE GETS A EAD OR IS HE ONLY ALLOWED TO WORK.

ANY THOUGHTS WILL MUCH APPRECIATED.

ALSO , HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET EAD FROM VERMONT IN CURRENT SCENARIO ??

Yes, as long as you maintain permenant employment with your present company.

You can do whatever business or side jobs you want in EAD provided you maintain your work with your current GC sponsor .

This includes LLC, C corp , Partnerships except a S-corp which only a permanant resident can involve
