I filed my 485 in October and I am in a situation of getting terminated by the company in a month. My company will withdraw my 140 support. If I could get a job (H1 transfer) whether my new company can do a 140 ammendemnt ? Will that help to continue my GC process ? Please help gurus.

If the employer would withdraw I-140, this is a very difficult situation. I-140 is employer specific. To be safe, you need to find a employer willing to sponsor h1-b ASAP and consult a good lawyer IMMEDIATELY.
