I have just filed my 485, parole and EAD documents last week, I plan to quit and look for a different job as soon as I can. I plan on renewing my H1B in a couple of months as my H1B (6th year) expires next year. I have an approved I140 and from India.
I plan to use AC21 portability in 6 months if I dont get the GC until then. I probably will join a new job in the same industry at a managerial position which is a different position that I applied the labor with. Would that be a problem? Is there any problems that you can anticipate in my case regarding AC21.
