Hi Guys,
I filed I-485 six weeks back at NSC and till now i did not get the RD.
My company is struggling financially and am not getting paid since long time. It's difficult for me to survive without getting paid.

If i leave the current company, Can i continue my GC processing with other company?

I think my company will go outof buiseness month or so.

Please help me out.,

Contact an attorney who is comfortable with AC21

Forgot worrying about a 200$ bill you will be paying for a one hour consultation, and contact an attorney like SM or some one who has been comfortable taking this type of cases and start looking out for a job. ALSO, PLEASE COMMENT:
THERE IS a chance of rejection of I485 if the employer writes to INS that the employee has left the job before 180 days. I would like to know what if the employer choses to inform the INS in writing if the employee has left the job AFTER 180 days that the employee left the job or if he wants to withdraw the I140 petition?
