Me and My wife applied for AP on a same day in a same envelope. We got our receipts in couple of weeks (RD 3/18).
During the processing, we moved to a new address. I promptly filed AR-11 and called TSC INS (through the 214 number) and informed them of Change in Address.
Later in September TSC approved both of our AP and transferred our 485 cases ot local INS (different story).
As far as the approved AP is concerned, apprently they have mailed it to my old address though the Advance parole document had the new address. In essence they made the document to the right address but mailed it to the wrong address.
The post office forwarded my AP to my new address while returned my Wife's AP to TSC.
I reported this to 1800 number on October 8 the and they have made an enquiry. Nothing happend so far. Last week I wrote to TSC requesting them to mail me the doc again. Nothing happend.
In essence, to me it is an Service error to mail a document to a wrong address while the document itself made with right address. I have my case as evidence in which they have mailed to old address and Postoffice forwarded to me "with Yellow color sticker".
Do you think this argument can hold water??
Please reply with your thoughts. I am still waiting for my wife's I-131.
