I have applied for my I-140 in september 2006 through a consulting company and the case is still pending as of today. I have also applied for I-485 in July 2007 when the dates moved, and got my EAD approved. If I move to another comapany now,
1) can I continue the GC processing using AC21 or need to start it all over again?

I have applied for H1 with for my wife and it got approved for October 2007. As she has an option to work on H1/EAD, we decided to go with EAD.
She is now working with a different company other than the H1 processed company using EAD. She didn't transfer the H1, but it is still valid.
If I move to another company and I need to apply a new H1
3) what is the status for my wife? Can she continue use the EAD. Current EAD is still valid till 2010. Can she still use it to work?
4) If not, can she transfer the H1 to the current working company? ( that was approved in 2007 and was never used. She has worked on EAD for the whole of year).
Will there be any issue transferring her H1 to the current employer working on EAD.
