Can I change Location using AC21? Please advise immediately

Hi All,
I have a job opportunity to move to Chicago from Dallas, which I believe comes under NSC. Do you think the move would have any adverse affect on my 485 processing? Job is similar as described in Labor. Will the case also move to NSC or will it be still processed in TSC? Do I need to update the address change for my pending 485 case/ pending cases? Any issues with change in location using AC21?

Hi,
There is NO problem in changing Location using AC 21. I know people in Person who got approved after changing the Job Location falling under different Service Area. Even I changed from TSC to CSC region.

** This is what my attorney and my company attonery (where I joined using AC 21) told me about AC 21.

A) Same Job Skills even though job title is different.

B) Higher salary is not a issue as long as Term A is matched.

C) Need to use only if 180 days has passed after I-485 is filed.
