Can I change jobs after 180 days using AC21

Can I change jobs after 180 days using AC21 even if my company is willing to keep me and pay me the promised salary?
Recently my wife got a job in a different location, so I am planning to move out of the current company and relocate to the same place. My concern is my employer won’t be happy if I leave this company. So, will there be any problem if use AC 21 after 180 days (or) I can go for it without any problem?
I would appreciate your suggestions.

I think you can do it as long as you possess documentary evidence showing that you worked with company for more than 180 days (after I-485 was filed). The evidence includes paystubs and letter from the company showing that u r with them until the date after 180 days from I-485. Then you have to make sure your new employer has offered you the same job and salary close to or higher to the one in the LC and it is willing to provide you with a supporting letter in case INS issues an RFE. If you are moving from a town to a big city, make sure you are offered higher salary to meet the living standards of the new location.
