Can I change job title within one company? I file my 485 on Jan, 31.

you can change ur job title as long as you can prove that you will be performing the same job duties as mentioned in your labor certification.

make sure, if you get a random RFE(as no one knows), you may have to submit the same employment letter which is submitted by you when you are filing I-485. This means it should reflect the same nature of duties.
