Can I change from regular track to RIR track?

My company filed my LC with Boston DOL last August by regular track because there was no 6-month recruiting history at that time. After my case was filed, the company restarted recruiting and hiring. There are almost 6-month history. Is it possible to change my case from regular track to RIR track and keep my priority date? Anybody has the similar experience?

That is not possible for you. For that your case has to be filed before August 3, 2001.
