I filed my I-140 (ND - 5/16/03) with CP option. I - 140 is yet to be approved, not received any RFE so far and hope it is approved in a month or two.
My client is asking me to join them as their employee.

Can I join them, as soon as my I - 140 is approved, with understanding with my current employer to continue GC process?

While changing job, should I tranfer my H1 to the new employer?

Will there be problems at the time of CP interview?

Is there any work arounds?
 
gc is for future job, if ur current employer agrees to offer u this position once ur gc is approved and u intend to work for him then there is no problem.

u will require h1 frm the new employer to work for him. i dont know the details of the process.
