Can I change employer after 90 days since I get the EAD card or 180 days since I filed I-485

I already file I-485 on Oct. 26. and still wait for the receipt notice.
My question is when I can change to a similar position?
90 days after I get the EAD card or
180 days after I file I-485.

Is there any geographic restriction.

Currently, I am in VSC.

90 days after receipt date for I-485

Thats the rule. If there are any restrictions on areas, I do not know.
But, if you were to find employment outside the jurisdiction of your
Service Center, then your case needs to be transfered to the new SC.
I think the SC itself will do so, once your new employer (lawyer)
informs your current SC.
Check with the lawyers, they will give better guidence.
