Can I bring my wife with my EAD

Helo guys,

I need some seniors advise here. I am planning to go India and get marry. Right now I was on EAD and after marriage I want to bring my wife to US. Can I bring my wife by using EAD !!! Is the EAD document is enough in India to get my wife's VISA !!! Is there is any risk involved.

No, you cannot get dependent visa for your wife based on EAD / I-485. You can get dependent visa H4 if you have valid H1B.

I think you can apply for follow to join if you get married before the approval of your GC.

Search on "follow to join".
Your EAD is YOURS. Since you are still AOS (hope you are not approved tomorrow)you can still bring your wife here, with "follow to join" procedure. This is not automatic..it may take a year or more!
Your marriage should not be a proxy (arranged, fake, etc)one nor homosexual.
