Can I bring Mother-In-Law even I am on AP.

Hi,
I am permanent employee of another company and working on EAD and have Advance parole till March 2005.
I am thinking of bringing my Mother-in-law to USA. Earlier my parents got Visa of usa because I was on H1-B Visa and I was employed with my Green Card petitioned employer and I also got letter from my Employer addressed to US consulate Chennai.
Now how should I proceed, because I don’t have Visa but have AP till march 2005, is it good enough to write a letter by myself to US consulate or should I also get a letter from my present employer stating that I am employed and bla bla…..
Please give me your suggestion.

I had written letter by myself showing my status as pending I-485 and my mother got visa.

Make sure that you send the copies of passport, I-485 receipts, EAD and AP for both you and your spouse.
