can i be denied of a lost I-94?

i am slated for an interview 2 weeks from now but unfortunately my bag got lost en route here to california and my I-94 is in my bag ( my passport is safe with me and other original documents) i would like to ask anybody to enlighten me regarding this matter. I have just applied for a replacement ( form 102) of the I-94 but it will take 2 mos. Im just wondering if i will be denied on that basis alone. I have a xerox copy but i think they will not accept that.

THANK YOU SO MUCH everybody. I am so nervous about this. PLS HELP
 
TSC asked me for interview before. In the interview, I did not have the original I-94 (H-1) for my daughter. I had a copy only. The officer did not comment at all. In fact, she just took what I gave her for the family and made copies. I am posting my personal experience.

No.. As long as you have a copy of it / Or atleast Number of it you are fine.

In my interview, they did not even mention anything about that. Go relax!!!!!!!!
 
one more thing

do they ask for original "receipt of notice" for the I-485 at interview.is it ok if i just bring a copy thank you so much
