In Part 1 of I-134, I do not qualify any one of a, b, c, and d. I am not a US citizen, not a permanent resident. I am filing I-485 for myself, my wife and my child based on my employment-based 140 approval. Can I still sponsor my wife and child using I-134? Thanks
