Can i attend for FP without Notice ??

My Spouse got FP Notice and I don't.

Can i attend for FP along with my Spouse, even i don't have FP Notice.....

I dont know if you mean that you just want to accompany your wife to the INS office :-) In that case I guess you are free to do that :-)
BUT if you are referring to getting your FP done also without a notice..I dont think that is possible. They will not process anything without the notice. ( will not even let you in !)
 
My Attorney says, i can try

For my FP also, along with my Spouse FP with one Notice....

I had my notice but my wife did not. She was able to give her Finger Prints. I had my FP scheduled at a temporary FP center and they had a list of all those who were supposed to be FPed at this center. They staff was polite and looked her up in the list and allowed her to give her FP.

You may be able to---

If your FP is being scheduled in the system, but you have not yet received the notice then you will be able to do.
