Can I apply N-400 in another city?

I would like to file N-400 in Chicago...currently based in Charlotte-NC. Is this possible and what are the paper work required?

i have read some posts and i still do not have a clear idea.

if i applied it to CSC, and move to Chicago, do i still have to live there for 3 months?

just wondered
 
once your application has been accepted you can move as many times as you like without having to wait for 3 months only that might delay your process :-)

I am a newbie from Charlotte, NC in the citizenship process.

Where would I have to file for N-400 if I don't move from here?
Is there any advantage of filing from any other city?
