Can I apply my 2nd i485 , while first i140/i485 is pending for last three year

Can I apply my 2nd i485 , while first i140/i485(Future employment on sub labor) is pending for last three years (PD 2001) with other employer... but with my current employer mine i140 is approved with PD Jan 2004. Can I apply another i485 ?

I applied 2nd I485 based on a second approved I140 and the first one is pending for three years.
