After filling n-400 it takes around 9 months here in Newark to get naturalized.
Can I apply my parents GC before, on the grounds that I will be getting citizenship.
I know I will hear big NO , but I want find out if there is any such provision/possibility some where in the smallest dark corner of immigration law book.
