Can I apply I-485

I am on H1-B visa in US since 5 years now. My PERM application was applied just last month. My sister is US citizen. Can she apply for my GC? I know for siblings it takes years to get GC but my question is can she apply for my I-130, I-485, I--765 if so I can get EAD and work independently.

She can not apply I-485 and I-765. She can file only I 130 for you rightnow and then you have to wait for long period of time. During this time you will have to maintain your own status. In short this is not gonna help you anyway.

I-485, I--765 etc. depends on visa number availability. Depending upon your country of birth you may need to wait for visa number. Check following link for current priority dates:

Current wait for F4 visa category (Brothers and Sisters of Adult Citizens) is:
China: ...... 12 years
India: ...... 12 years
Mexico: ...... 13 years
