Hello everyone,
I’m H1B holder -- 8 years extension--, the labor has been approved and the company just filed I-140 for me.
The company which I work for is facing financial problem; if the company does not get the right funds, it will be closed.
I wonder if I can apply for TN2 -- looking for new job -- while I have a pending I-140 or should wait for I-140 decision.
My older daughter is a senior high school student and I want her to apply to US University.
What should I do?
Please advice about it.
