Can I apply for new TN while having one, Do I need to quit?

Hi, I'm in the process of changing employers, I currently have a TN2 visa (expires in April 2007) and was going to send the I-129 form to the Vermont SC, I've seen that they're taking way too long to process, I believe it is better and faster to apply for a new one with the new employer, Do I need to quit my current job in order to apply for a new TN?

you do not need to quit your current job in order to apply for a new TN. You can acutally have multiple TNs from different employers at the same time.
