I got a RFE for my EAD(photos), then I happen to send photos to my attorney who in turn forwarded the same to INS-VSC so, when checked a couple of days back, the AVM says "recd. your response for RFE, it would take anywhere b/w 60-90 days to process such cases".
My question here is, as I\'m in need of EAD now can I go to my local INS office & apply for interim EAD??? If so, what r all the docs reqd.???
Can somebody pls reply/suggest..

RD 09/05/01; ND 11/07/01; FP 12/05/01;RFE issued on 12/04/01, RFE replied on 12/18/01, AVM updated (w.r.t. RFE) on 12/27/01.
