I have a friend in india. He has completed his PhD and presently employed in India.
Is it possible that I can apply green card for my friend (EB1) even though he
is in India?
If yes what all applications I need to complete and what is the procedure?
you need to clarify whether you want to go for OR or EA in EB1. EA your friend can go for himself. For OR he would need a job offer, if you can provide that, you can sponsor him.
