Can I Apply for citizenship if i owe back taxes

Hello to all,
I have been a us resident for 7 years and due to a bad divorce and bitter exwife I ended up owing about $10,000 in back taxes, I've paid my way down to $7000 and am on a payment plan now paying them monthly, I wanted to find out if i can apply for my citizenship owing back taxes or do I have to pay it all first.

Yes, you may file N-400 even if you owe back taxes. However, you will need to provide documentation that you are on an IRS-approved payment plan and are complying with the requirements of that plan.
