Can I apply for Asylum if I have No EOS/COS/AOS on my passport?

Hello everyone,

I came to US on a visa (this is my 3rd trip). Due to some reasons involving my dad, I can't go back to my country and I want to apply for asylum in US.

This time I was stamped with No EOS/AOS/COS on my passport!

Can I still apply for asylum here?

i think the stamp will not have any effect on your ability to apply for asylum or to adjust your status after approval
